Fill out an application through our website and read our market rules to begin the journey into the Waimea Community Market.

Upload images and descriptions of your locally grown produce or artisanal handcrafted goods.

Market Review

Our market board reviews all applications to ensure local origin and alignment with our community values. You will hear from us within 7-10 business days.

Who We're Looking For

Mangoes

Big Island Grown: Produce and products must be cultivated or crafted on island.

Artisanal Quality: We prioritize handmade, small-batch goods that reflects your unique craftsmanship.

Sustainable Growth: Vendors must commit to eco-friendly practices and minimal plastic packaging.

Community First: Willingness to participate in market education and community growth initiatives.

Proper Licensing: Valid GE tax license, insurance, and necessary health permits for food or beverage items.

When can I expect a response to my application?

Our committee reviews applications on a rolling basis. Typically, you will hear back from us within 7-10 business days regarding the status of your application.

Do I need to be a year-round vendor?

No, we welcome seasonal vendors! We understand that harvests vary and some small businesses cannot commit to a year round schedule. Please indicate your expected availability in your application form.

Is insurance required for all vendors?

Yes, all participating vendors must provide proof of general liability insurance to ensure a safe environment for our community and fellow sellers.

Can I share a stall with another vendor?

Stall sharing is not permitted.
